Office Hours: Official office hours are Monday 9:00-10:00 AM and Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. I will also maintain an open door policy in that if the door to my office is open you are welcome to come by and ask questions. However if it is outside of official office hour, I may not always be available.

Homework Assignments:  Homework will be assigned on Tuesday every week and will be due at the beginning of class on the following Tuesday. Late homework will not be accepted under any circumstances. For this reason I will drop your lowest homework grade.

Exams: There will be two exams one Midterm and one Final they are tentatively scheduled for the dates below.  The final is optionally cumulative. In my view you are required to learn the entirety of the material prior to the final exam date. If you elect to take the cumulative final you are choosing to replace you grade on the midterm with what you score on the cumulative final. Therefore if you take the cumulative final 70% of your grade will be based on the final. This option come with a warning: if you choose to take the cumulative final you will forfeit your grade on the midterm and under no circumstances will your midterm grade be used in any form to determine your final grade.
